We’re pleased to offer both local and international delivery from Malaysia to selected regions worldwide. All parcels are carefully packed and shipped using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Domestic Shipping

Additional Details:
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express for speed and reliability.
- Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if any) are borne by the recipient.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
- We currently ship from Malaysia and use a flat-rate fee system for transparency.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (GMT+8) will be processed the same working day whenever possible.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatching to courier.
Undelivered / Returned Parcels:
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
